As Chief Technology Officer at Streamable Finance (formerly Streampay), I provide strategic technology leadership and advisory to a dedicated team building a next-generation fintech protocol that makes money instant and programmable through real-time payment streams and DLT infrastructure.
The Vision
Streamable Finance addresses a fundamental limitation in traditional finance: money moves in batches, accounts get locked, and businesses struggle with working capital tied up in payment delays. The platform our team has built represents a paradigm shift. It enables continuous, programmable asset flows that unlock entirely new financial primitives.
Building on PortIT’s Foundation (2021-Present)
Streamable Finance operates as a separate company with a dedicated 5-10 person sub-team working in rapid agile iterations. The platform is built on PortIT’s Core Banking-as-a-Service infrastructure extended with Crypto-as-a-Service capabilities, allowing the team to move quickly while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability and compliance.

Technical Architecture
The engineering team tackled the most complex challenge in payment streaming: multichain interoperability and liquidity management across multiple payment providers and protocols. The platform supports:
- EVM-compatible chains: Currently focused on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Gnosis, and Polygon
- Multi-provider integration: Seamless orchestration across multiple payment providers and protocols
- Gnosis Safe integration: Full multisig and wallet abstraction capabilities for institutional-grade security
- Technology stack: Java Spring Boot backend with React/Flutter frontends, leveraging PortIT’s proven infrastructure patterns
My Strategic Role
My position at Streamable Finance is distinct from my hands-on leadership at PortIT. Here, I provide strategic advisory and technology guidance, leveraging my exposure to crypto since 2013 to help the CEO and engineering team navigate the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.
My focus areas include:
- Architectural Vision: Guiding high-level technical decisions on multichain strategy, protocol design, and scalability
- Crypto-Finance Bridge: Applying years of experience to ensure the platform balances DeFi innovation with institutional compliance requirements
- Strategic Partnerships: Advising on blockchain ecosystem integrations and payment provider relationships
- Risk & Compliance: Ensuring the platform’s novel streaming mechanisms meet regulatory standards across jurisdictions
